Position: JD – Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – Air Export

Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and experienced Air Export Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of air freight export operations. This role involves coordinating with carriers, obtaining rate quotes, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth shipment flow from origin to destination. The Air Export Manager will also maintain customer communication, manage the approval process, and ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods in compliance with all customs and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive customer rate enquiries, obtain quotes and schedules from multiple carriers, and send options with prices for customer approval.
• Ensure all necessary documents (AWB, HAWB, packing list, invoices, etc.) are prepared, submitted, and approved by the customer.
• Ensure required customs documentation is filed and shipping bills are generated.
• Follow up with the shipper for document approval, place bookings with carriers, and ensure shipment readiness.

What is your role
