Position: Branch Manager

Job Description:

What is your role
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the branch, focusing on both air and sea cargo operations and sales. The role requires leadership in managing the team, ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and driving branch profitability.

Job responsibilities:
• Candidate should be fully aware of all facets of the logistics industry (Jack of all) to lead the various activities related to the industry
• Oversee day-to-day air and sea cargo operations, ensuring timely deliveries, documentation, and compliance with international freight standards.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality benchmarks, and statutory regulations (customs clearance, etc.)
• Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Drive business growth by developing new clients and maintaining existing accounts.
• Set and monitor sales targets for the team and ensure achievement through structured plans. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the branch staff including operations, documentation, and sales teams.
• Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and team-building activities.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular interaction, issue resolution, and consistent service delivery.

Job Description:

What is your role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales candidate for our Air & Sea Freight division. This position requires the ability to generate and manage sales opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business, building relationships with customers, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales and operations teams.

Job responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the air and sea freight sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and presentations to customers.

Position: Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – Accounts & Finance (Mumbai)

Job Description:

What is your role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for freight forwarding company. The ideal candidate will manage the complete accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, GST, TDS, financial reporting, and tax compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker to ensure smooth financial processes and compliance with relevant regulations.

Job responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all vendor invoices and payments.
• Ensure all client invoices are generated and sent in a timely manner.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely collections.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and ensure all payments are accurately recorded. Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). Calculate and deduct TDS on applicable payments as per the Income Tax Act.
• Reconcile TDS accounts and issue TDS certificates to vendors and employees. Handle TDS notices and assist in resolving any related tax issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and trial balances. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations including corporate tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.

What are we seeking for:
• Should be multilingual.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Knowledge for outlook, word and excel sheet.

Position: Manager Documentation CHA (Mumbai)

Job Description:

What is your role
The Manager – Documentation (CHA) will be responsible for end-to-end management of import and export documentation, ensuring strict compliance with customs regulations and smooth coordination with all stakeholders for timely clearance of shipments.

Job responsibilities:
• Manage, prepare, verify, and oversee all import and export documentation in line with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure complete compliance with customs rules, notifications, duties, taxes, and procedures. Stay updated on changes in customs laws, tariff structures, HS codes, and DGFT schemes. Coordinate closely with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely cargo clearance.
• Handle and resolve documentation discrepancies, customs queries, and clearance-related issues efficiently.
• Oversee checklist preparation, E-Sanchit documentation, and ICEGATE uploads.
• Manage documentation related to Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and DGFT schemes such as DEEC, EPCG, and RoDTEP.
• Monitor air and sea cargo movement and ensure proper tracking and reporting. Maintain accurate records and prepare documentation-related reports as required by management.

What are we seeking for:
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Sound knowledge of Customs Tariff, HS Codes, and customs procedures.
• Hands-on experience with E-Sanchit, ICEGATE, and checklist preparation.
• Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements and DGFT schemes (DEEC, EPCG, RoDTEP).
• Air and Sea cargo documentation and tracking expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Position: Executive / Sr. Executive – International Pricing (Mumbai)

Job Description:

What is your role
Coordinate with international partners and internal teams to prepare timely and competitive air & sea freight pricing quotations. Negotiate rates with overseas partners and sales teams to secure profitable import and export (DAP/DDP) business, including time-critical shipments.

Job responsibilities:
• Create pricing quotations for Air and Sea Exports.
• Negotiation of the rates with the teams to match the target rates to secure business Negotiation of the rates with the overseas partners to match the target rates of the customer to secure business.
• Timely quoting of the rates to the overseas partners and salesperson to ensure no delays. Assess profitability of the business to get more customers and generate revenue.
• Close collaboration with the sales team to get imports business.
• Handle Time Critical Shipments by understanding the needs and expectations of the overseas clients to offer them effective solutions.
• Generate Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports to increase and analyze the business. Continuous follow-up with the overseas partners for the business which was handled in past for new orders.
• Monitor and report on pricing Performance and competitiveness.
• Quoting import DAP/DDP request received from the partners and export DDP/DAP rates to sales team.

What are we seeking for:
• Should be fluent in English.
• A smiling face, a healthy mind and body, and a positive attitude are a must. Knowledge of pricing procedures for shipments, both Air & Sea.
• Strong communication and interpersonal Skills.
